Shipping

Free shipping is currently available on all orders. Orders are prepared after checkout and tracking details are sent when the parcel leaves our studio.

Returns

Unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with original tags attached.

How to start a return

1. Contact us with your order number.
2. Wait for return instructions before sending anything back.
3. Pack the item securely and keep your tracking receipt.

Final approval is subject to item condition. Sale and personalised items may have different return rules.
